Booking terms

These terms govern accommodation and facility-use requests made through the Albergue Vía de la Plata website.
1. Service provider

2. Nature of the request
The website form is an availability request. No online payment is taken and no firm booking is created automatically. A booking becomes binding only when PLASER confirms in writing the dates, number of guests, price and applicable conditions.
3. 2026 rates

Group rates are reviewed and applied when the request is confirmed. Any additional service or specific condition will be communicated before the booking becomes binding.
4. Capacity and room allocation
Requests are managed against the hostel’s overall availability. PLASER will allocate rooms according to group size, capacity, accessibility needs and operational requirements. A request for a specific room is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
5. Payment
The website does not currently charge for the stay. The payment method, deadlines and any deposit will be communicated with the availability confirmation, allowing the requester to review the conditions before accepting the booking.
6. Changes and cancellations
The specific change and cancellation conditions will be provided in writing with the booking confirmation. Before that confirmation is accepted, the request is not a firm booking. Once accepted, the conditions communicated for that booking will apply.

7. Right of withdrawal
Accommodation services for purposes other than housing, when booked for a specific date or period, are excluded from the general right of withdrawal. This does not limit rights arising from non-performance, lack of conformity or the cancellation terms expressly accepted.
8. Data and accessibility
Information provided is used to manage the enquiry and stay in accordance with the Privacy policy. Health or accessibility data should be limited to what is necessary to prepare the service and will be processed with explicit consent.
9. Use of the facilities
Guests must use the facilities responsibly, follow staff instructions, respect other people, rest periods and safety rules. Damage caused negligently or deliberately may be claimed from the responsible person or group.
10. Incidents and complaints
